We also provide ordering information for both new and replacement notary public stamps. You will need a copy of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to download the forms on the following pages. Online ordering is not possible as the state only accepts hard copies of these forms. IMPORTANT: PLEASE FAX, E-MAIL OR SEND US A COPY OF YOUR STATE-ISSUED NOTARY CERTIFICATE SO WE MAY SEND YOUR STAMP TO YOU. The state of Illinois now has a new notary public application. A legible copy of your Illinois driver's license or state ID is now required to accompany the application.
